PORTABLE GELATIN MELTING SERVICE TANK
- JL-BW Series Portable Gelatin Melting tank is a miniaturized gel melting system designed for small and medium batch production. After the gelatin melting is finished, it can be moved to the softgel encapsulation room and used as a gelatin holding(service) tank.
- This mobile gelatin melter is a integrated unit consists of a tank body, a stirring system, a hydraulic lifting system, a vacuum defoaming system and a temperature-controlled heating system.
- JANGLI movable softgel gelatin melting tank is with compact structure and flexible movement, which is ideal equipment for experimental production and small-scale soft capsule production.
- This mini melter can be used for both animal gelatin as well as plant based starch gelatin(like tapioca and carrageenan starch) melting.
