GELATIN SERVICE TANK
- JL-BW Series Gelatin Service Tank is the system used to store and supply liquid gelatin to softgel encapsulation machine during softgel production process. This gelatin holding tank can bear a certain positive pressure, so gelatin solution can be transported to soft gel making machine by compressed air.
- JANGLI Gel holding tank is 3-layer and full stainless steel structured, the inner material contact layer is food grade SS316L material while the jacket layer and insulation layer are SUS 304. And there is water filled inside the jacket to keep the tank warm.
- A water proof electric cabinet is installed outside the gelatin tank, with automatic temperature control system and temperature display unit inside the cabinet. Easy to operate and clean.
- This gelatin holding tank can be used independently by plug in, or install a required plug to connect to the softgel capsule machine and controlled on the softgel machine touch screen.
