JANGLI’s Die Roller Processing Factory
JANGLI has independent softgel die roller processing workshop and 10 sets of high-precision CNC machines specially used for softgel toolings and die roller sets manufacturing. JANGLI make softgel die rollers for not only our own brand softgel encapsulation machines, but also all brands and types of softgel machines from all over the world, including Korea, Japan, Italy, USA, India and Canada. We provide 1500+ sets of die rollers and softgel toolings to our domestic and foreign clients every year.

Selection of Raw Materials
- Die rolls are made of durable aircraft quality 7075 grade aluminum and after cavities processed, sandblasted treatment craft on the surface will remove rough marks of processing and final anodizing surface treatment craft will increase the hardness and make the die rolls Corrosive resistant.
- Wedges(segments) are made of high quality and good thermal conductivity brass(copper) rod or aluminum with thermal oil sealed inside(new technology), and with FDA approved black teflon non-stick coating, which helps to seal the soft capsules. And electric heated or water heated are optional.
- Distribution plates can be made of stainless steel, brass or teflon according to special customer requirements.
- Timing gears are available on request
Diversity of JANGLI’s Die Roller Sets
- JANGLI can produce softgel machine toolings and die roller sets for a variety of softgel products, like standard oval and oblong pharmaceutical and nutraceutical capsules, special shapes cosmetic capsules, big size veterinary drug capsules and 0.68’’ or 0.5’’ paintballs.
- JANGLI can provide die rollers for all size of softgel capsule machines, like R&D 4 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch and JUMBO 12 inch.
- JANGLI design both single step (single lip)die roller sets for traditional animal gelatin softgel and multiple steps-double steps and triple steps(bi-lip, tri-lip) for new plant-based vegetable starch gelatin softgel.
