JLGZ Intelligent Tumble Dryer is a technical innovation of softgel drying system. Compared with traditional tumble dryer, this intelligent drying system is a closed system and dehumidifier is equipped inside the system, and softgel capsules can be dried up automatically inside the tumbler in a room temperature environment.
JANGLI this intelligent drying tumbler can control the temperature and humidity precisely inside the baskets, which will shorten the whole softgel drying time largely.
By using this tumble drying machine, the whole soft capsule drying process is completed in the rotating tumble baskets in shorter time, so the appearance of capsules look more beautiful.
Two styles are available: JLGZ-100I single layer and JLGZ0-70I Double Deck

Main Structure of Double Deck Dehumidification Tumble Dryer

This equipment is mainly composed of frame assembly, drying basket assembly, dehumidifier assembly, driving assembly, refrigeration unit, air supply fans and cover assembly, etc.

Tumble Dryer Dehumidification Working Principle:

The moist air in the tumbler enters the dehumidifier through the return air inlet of the dehumidifier under the action of the lower fan (on the dehumidifier). After being dehumidified by the dehumidifier, it becomes dry air and is then sent into the dehumidifier through the upper fan, such completes a dehumidification cycle; The hot and humid air is discharged from the workshop through the air outlet; The air supply volume of the air supply fan is greater than the processing air volume of the dehumidifier, and the insufficient air volume is supplemented from the rotary cage through the air volume regulating valve, thus completing a Air supply circulation and increased air volume are beneficial to the dehumidification of capsules.

The refrigeration unit controls the front and rear surface coolers in the dehumidifier to control the temperature in the basket within the required range.
